Greg D. Judkins
Greg's practice focuses on business, corporate and real estate transactions and related advice and planning. Greg has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1984, and is also a member of the American Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.
Greg continues to be selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of Real Estate Law. Before establishing his own firm in 1991, Greg was a partner in a mid-sized San Diego commercial law firm. He received his law degree from the University of California at Davis School of Law in 1984, and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis in 1980.
Andrew M. Glatt
Andy's practice focuses on business, taxation, corporate and real estate transactions and related advice and planning. Andy has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1985, and is also certified by the State Bar of California as a Certified Tax Specialist.
Before merging his firm with the Judkins firm in 2003, Andy was a partner in a national business law firm and, prior to that, a partner at Rudick, Platt, Glatt & Getz APC. Andy is also a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive). Andy received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1985 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University at Long Beach in 1982.
Michael E. Hulme
Mike's practice focuses on business, corporate and real estate transactions and related advice and planning. Mike has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1986, and is also a member of the American Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Mike served as General Counsel of Culligan International Company, an international manufacturer of water treatment equipment and provider of related services, and as associate general counsel of United States Filter Corporation. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California School of Law in 1986, where he was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. Mike graduated with honors from the University of California at Davis in 1983 where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
Clive M. Essakow
Clive's practice focuses on estate planning, trust and probate administration, business and corporate transactions, and counseling clients on employment law matters. Clive has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1996 and is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
Clive was recently recognized as a Five Star Wealth Manager by San Diego Magazine. Clive received a mediator credential from the National Conflict Resolution Center in 1996. He currently serves on the advisory board of directors of the Challenged Athletes Foundation.
Before joining the firm in 2003, Clive practiced with a national business law firm, and, prior to that, with Rudick, Platt, Glatt & Getz APC. Before being admitted to the bar in California, Clive was admitted to practice as an attorney in South Africa in 1983 (currently inactive), and served as General Counsel for Glass South Africa (Pty) Ltd., an international glass manufacturing and distribution corporation, for approximately 10 years. Clive received his law degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1978.
Susan E. Bonanno
Susan's practice focuses on business and real estate transactions. Susan has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1994, and is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
Susan rejoined the firm in 2010, after taking a hiatus from the practice of law. Before that, Susan was a partner in Judkins, Gallagher & Bonanno LLP, having joined the firm in 1998. Susan received her law degree from California Western School of Law in 1993 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1990.
David H. Getz
Dave's practice focuses on resolution of business and real estate disputes. Dave has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1986. Before merging with the Judkins firm in 2003, Dave was a partner in a national business law firm and, prior to that, a partner at Rudick, Platt, Glatt & Getz APC. Dave received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1986 and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with honors from University of California at Santa Barbara in 1982.
Evan S. Ravich
Evan's practice primarily focuses on the acquisition, leasing, sale, exchange, financing and refinancing of apartment complexes, commercial real property and vacant land in California and Arizona. His practice also includes the formation, structure and sale of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures and tenancies-in-common. Evan has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1981 and has been a member of the State Bar of New Jersey since 1982. Evan holds a Masters of Law degree in taxation from New York University.
Before joining the firm in 2011, Evan was Of Counsel for 17 years to a mid-sized San Diego business and real estate law firm. Evan received his LL.M in Taxation from New York University Law School in 1982, his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1981 and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from University of Pennsylvania in 1975.
Allan L. Rudick
Allan's practice focuses on real estate matters, including construction contracts, leases (representing both landlords and tenants) and purchase and sale transactions. He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1955.
Allan has been Of Counsel with Judkins Glatt & Hulme LLP since 2003. Prior to that Allan was Of Counsel to a national business law firm and, prior to that, a partner in Rudick, Platt, Glatt & Getz, APC and its predecessor firms for more than 40 years. Allan received his undergraduate and law degrees from UCLA.
