Greg D. Judkins

Greg's practice focuses on business, corporate and real estate transactions and related advice and planning. Greg has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1984, and is also a member of the American Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. Before establishing his own firm in 1991, Greg was a partner in the law firm of Duckor & Spradling. He received his law degree from the University of California at Davis School of Law in 1984, and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis in 1980.

Andrew M. Glatt

Andy's practice focuses on business, taxation, corporate and real estate transactions and related advice and planning. Andy has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1985, and is also certified by the State Bar of California as a Certified Tax Specialist. Before merging his firm with Greg Judkins' firm in 2003, Andy was a partner in the law firm of Arter & Hadden LLP, and, prior to that, a partner at Rudick, Platt, Glatt & Getz APC. Andy is also a Certified Public Accountant (currently on "inactive" status). Andy received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1985 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University at Long Beach in 1982.

Michael E. Hulme

Mike's practice focuses on business, corporate and real estate transactions and related advice and planning. Mike has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1986, and is also a member of the American Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Mike served as General Counsel of Culligan International Company, an international manufacturer of water treatment equipment and provider of related services. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California School of Law in 1986, where he was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. Mike graduated with honors from the University of California at Davis in 1983 where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Clive M. Essakow

Clive's practice focuses on estate planning, trust and probate administration, business and corporate transactions, and counseling clients on employment law matters. Clive has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1996 and is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association. He was admitted to practice as an attorney in South Africa in 1983 (currently on "inactive" status). Clive received a mediator credential from the National Conflict Resolution Center in 1996. Prior to joining Judkins, Glatt & Hulme LLP, Clive served as General Counsel for Glass South Africa (Pty) Ltd., an international glass manufacturing and distribution corporation, for approximately 10 years, and thereafter practiced with the firms of Rudick, Platt, Glatt & Getz APC and Arter & Hadden, LLP. Clive received his law degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1978. He currently serves on the advisory board of directors of the Challenged Athletes Foundation.

Allan L. Rudick

Allan's practice focuses on real estate matters and construction contracts. His interest in real estate matters includes representation of landlords and tenants in shopping center and stand-alone leases. Allan has been a member of the State Bar of California since January 1955. He has been Of Counsel with Judkins Glatt & Hulme since 2003. Prior to that Allan was a partner in Rudick, Platt, Glatt & Getz, APC and its predecessor firms for more than 40 years, and Of Counsel to Arter & Hadden, LLP. Allan received his undergraduate and law degrees from UCLA.

David H. Getz

Dave's practice focuses on dispute resolution of business and real estate issues. Dave has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1986. Before merging with Greg Judkins' firm in 2003, Dave was a partner in the law firm of Arter & Hadden, LLP and, prior to that, a partner at Rudick, Platt, Glatt & Getz APC. Dave received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1986 and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with honors from University of California at Santa Barbara in 1982.

Brian P. White

Brian's practice focuses on business, corporate and real estate transactions and related advice and planning. Brian has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1999, and is also a member of the American Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. Prior to joining Judkins, Glatt & Hulme LLP, Brian was an associate at Branton & Wilson, APC. Brian graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law where he served as content editor of the San Diego Journal of International Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with honors from the University of Redlands in 1994.
